I try to edit using the mouse as little as possible, and I’ve found my left hand extremely inactive—occasionally to the point where I’m eating, or resting my chin on it.  I’m going to study this article over dinner, and see how much of it can apply to my workflow tonight.

I can't believe my luck.
I was riding my bike to the gym, and ran into somebody I’ve idolized to since I was a wee lad in Wisconsin.  We talked for a few minutes about his recent move to LA, and about the industry, shook hands and went our separate ways.  I was able to hold my shit together while we talked, but completely geeked once I was about a block away.
