It comes up time and time again, but I always fail to take action on it.

Whenever I go to a place with Karaoke, I completely forget what I know how to sing (well).  I get the big binder full of music, and I become lost in the listings… I know there’s stuff in there that I can do, but I don’t remember where it is.  After I get home, I spend the next week or so dwelling on it, whenever I hear music.
